On April 19, 2022, Peter Bevan-Baker, MLA for New Haven-Rocky Point and Leader of the Official Opposition started debate on Motion 8: Motion to establish Prince Edward Island as a cycling destination.

The motion was introduced in honour of Josh Underhay and his son, Oliver.
