Bill No. 109 – An Act to Amend the Employment Standards Act (No. 2)

On November 12, 2019 Ms. Karla Bernard, MLA District 12 Charlottetown-Victoria Park, introduced a private members bill to amend the Employment Standards Act.

This bill amends the Employment Standards Act to extend domestic violence leave, intimate partner violence leave, and to employees whose terms and conditions of work are determined by a collective bargaining agreement.
